The Conway Stewart Centenary pen
Henry was one of the most famous and admired British designers of overlay pens. As a silversmith he had a global reputation and in 2004 he started his association with Conway Stewart by designing the Centenary Pen. The design cleverly incorporated the “C” and “S” of Conway Stewart and their founding year “1905” but you have to look closely to see them.
This is Edition 26/100 and we are selling it on behalf of the owner. As he wrote to us “ I was a close friend of Henry from 1986 until his death."
The pen is unused and is in its original diamond shape presentation box, and fitted with a CS 18ct Gold Rhodium plated Medium Nib.
The sterling silver overlay is hall-marked with the London Assay office and the Conway Stewart marks.
This is a very special and rare pen, and we only have this one for sale.
