UK Deliveries
For delivery to UK addresses, we use Royal Mail to handle our accessories.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
EU Deliveries
Orders over £50
We send these by a tracked & signed service. A tracking email goes out as soon as the parcel is dispatched.
EU deliveries (DDP)
Since the UK left the European Union in 2021, our European orders are shipped “Delivered Duty Paid”. This covers all shipping costs, duties and taxes, so nothing extra is due on delivery. The DDP fee is shown and charged at checkout.
Made-in-UK accessories
Our accessories carry no duty because they meet the rules of origin. Only the local VAT is paid in advance.
No surprise charges
With DDP, your customs office will not ask for further payment before release.

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
India Deliveries

International Deliveries (outside the UK, EU and India)
Orders over £50
Sent by tracked & signed service. You’ll get a tracking email when we dispatch your parcel.
DAP – Delivered at Place
We cover all shipping costs.
Import duties and taxes, if any, are paid by you during the delivery period of the order to your country.
Paying duties & taxes
The courier will let you know if charges apply and will collect payment before delivery.
How long does it take for accessories to be dispatched?
On orders for accessories please allow 2 - 8 days from order date to shipping.
Which courier will my accesories be shipped with?
We tend to use Royal Mail for all deliveries unless DHL Courier service is chosen at check out. There is an additional charge for using DHL.
